About me...

Hi, I’m Amit, a Vancouver-based photographer, videographer and content creator with a love for travel, adventure and discovering incredible places.

 

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started simply as a way to document the places I visited and the people around me eventually became something much bigger: a way to tell stories, preserve memories and share the way I see the world.

 

Living in Vancouver means inspiration is never very far away. One day I might be photographing someone in the middle of the city, the next beside a waterfall or high in the mountains. My work now spans portraits, families, automotive, real estate, products and brands, along with the landscapes, cityscapes and travel photography that first made me want to keep exploring with a camera.

 

That variety is intentional. I’ve never wanted to limit myself to one type of photography. I enjoy the challenge of approaching every subject differently while still creating images that feel natural, cinematic and connected to a story.

 

More Than Photography

 

ChampExcellent has grown alongside my photography.

 

It’s where I share the places I explore, the people I photograph and the experiences that happen along the way. Through ChampSquad Productions, I work with individuals, businesses and brands to create photography and video content. My print collection gives some of my favourite landscapes and travel images a life beyond the screen, while ChampSquad Tours is about sharing the places I love photographing with others.

Whether I’m creating something for a client, chasing a sunset somewhere in British Columbia or exploring a new city on the other side of the world, the goal is pretty simple: create something worth remembering.
